IFM to Host Congressional Symposium
The Institute will host a closed, invitation-only educational forum on futures and cleared swaps markets for Members of Congress, Congressional committees and Hill staffers at the U.S. Capitol complex in September. The Symposium will be chaired by former U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commissioner, Jill Sommers. The day-long Symposium will feature presentations on the economic purpose markets and how markets work, as well as panel discussions with end-users, and current and former regulators.
